Job Description
  • Maintain relationships with media, including local and international outlets.
  • Manage media lists and execute media placements via news releases and contacts.
  • Develop and promote travel and leisure campaigns to the press and target audiences.
  • Represent the hotel as a spokesperson when required.
  • Maintain media libraries, hotel website, and photo archives.
  • Coordinate photography, media stories, and monitor news coverage.
  • Prepare press kits, support sales and F&B collateral, and oversee promotional events.
  • Establish PR programs aligned with sales strategies.
  • Handle community and charitable organization requests and events.
  • Assist in advertising, employee training, and recognition programs.
  • Promote awards and accolades, and support internal PR initiatives.
  • Guide digital marketing efforts and collaborate with external agencies.
  • Develop team members’ skills and career development plans.
