We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to help power Reebok's voice across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who understands what moves today's consumer, from youth culture and music to fashion and fitness, and is passionate about turning that insight into compelling brand moments.
You'll support the execution of integrated campaigns, build relationships with tastemakers and creators, and help shape our storytelling across digital, physical, and social platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a sharp communicator with a finger on the cultural pulse and a passion for creativity.


Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Previous experience in marketing, communications, or influencer engagement, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or youth culture-driven industries

A strong understanding of youth, lifestyle, and street culture across key European cities

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, PR efforts, or seeding and creator programs

Fluency in social media and a sharp eye for what makes content resonate in cultural communities

A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams, including social, retail, PR, and brand

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build authentic relationships with creators and partners

Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of trends

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm and clarity
