Une entreprise leader en marketing d'influence, YKONE, recherche un Responsable Marketing & Communication basé à Paris. Vous serez chargé de développer des stratégies innovantes et d'élever la présence de la marque à travers des contenus percutants, tout en galvanisant une équipe dynamique. Qualifications

• 5+ ans d'expérience dans le marketing et la communication.
• Compétences exceptionnelles en écriture et communication en français et anglais.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de manière autonome.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER - Influence Marketing SaaS (Full-Time) - Paris

YOUR MISSION

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the global marketing and communication strategy in line with the Campaygn 2025+ vision
• Position Campaygn as a premium+ player through targeted actions and messaging
• Track and analyze performance (inbound KPIs, reach, content ROI, etc.)
• Manage and mentor a Marketing & Communications Assistant

Brand Awareness & Inbound Marketing

• Increase brand awareness through a robust inbound strategy (brand content, SEO, PR, events, etc.)
• Lead the launch of the new corporate website + SaaS app
• Foster strong relationships with agencies and key influencers

Content Creation & Management

• Create and manage diverse content formats (primarily video, but also articles, newsletters, testimonials, reports, etc.)
• Oversee the video strategy to enhance brand presence (event coverage, interviews, short viral formats)
• Repurpose event content into high-impact media
• Develop educational content (modules, interviews, tips)

Events & Brand Experiences

• Collaborate with local teams to roll out international events
• Organize exclusive events for premium clients and prospects
• Partner with exceptional venues and speakers to create unique experiences

Training & Thought Leadership

• Promote and coordinate training programs and conferences

Creator Engagement & Community Building

• Launch engagement campaigns for creators
• Organize creator-focused activations

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication, ideally within a tech/SaaS company, digital agency, or influencer marketing environment
• Strong grasp of digital trends, creative culture, and AI applications in the marketing landscape

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent writing and communication skills in both French and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver impactful initiatives
• A refined taste for design, aesthetics, premium content, and fashion is highly valued
• A genuine desire to build and engage a strong community around the Campaygn brand
• Proficient in content creation and marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, email automation platforms, etc.)

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Position based in Paris
• Full time - permanent contract
• Compensation to be negotiated based on 50k€
