Job Description:

The Marcom Manager directly reports to the Marketing and Innovation Head and is assisted by Marketing Analysts. The role aims to increase awareness and visibility of the Framatome brands and offerings in the marketplace. Responsibilities include:

  • Framatome Brand Management: Develop and manage the brand portfolio according to market needs; ensure brand rules and governance are applied throughout the company and subsidiaries.
  • Marketing Communications: Define and implement the corporate marketing plan in collaboration with Business Units; enhance channels such as newsletters, website, and social networks; develop and manage global marketing campaigns; monitor web analytics and share insights.
  • Events: Manage key events (WNE, WNA Symposium, NNF, Euronaval); review and select events aligning with business priorities; prepare annual reviews for stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with technical advisors and BUs to ensure products and services are well represented on promotional platforms like Solutions Portfolio and Engage!
  • Professional Organizations: Identify relevant organizations for participation; review presence annually; manage membership budgets.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication with BUs and Corporate Communications to enhance efficiency and align on campaigns and events.
Profile:

Candidate should have a degree from an engineering school or a Master’s in business or management, with about ten years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment. Commercial experience is advantageous. Must possess strong strategic marketing and market research skills, with an understanding of digital tools and network management. Fluency in English and proficiency in office software are required. The candidate should be autonomous, proactive, team-oriented, and capable of managing deliverables and milestones effectively.
