Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies across various channels.

Manage and execute programs to support retail/store operations (e.g., in-store promotions, new product launches, local events, loyalty programs), regularly evaluate their effectiveness, and provide recommendations.

Initiate and manage marketing communication projects from ideation through execution and reporting.

Proactively seek and establish strategic collaborations or partnerships with relevant external parties to expand reach and strengthen brand image.

Develop creative and innovative marketing campaign ideas (ideation) and oversee or create engaging marketing content (copywriting, visuals, etc.) for various platforms.

Create routine reports on the performance of communication activities and campaigns, analyze key metrics (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations.

Ensure all communication materials, programs, and activities are aligned with the brand guidelines and desired brand image.

Actively work towards achieving company-set marketing targets (e.g., brand awareness, engagement rates, media coverage, store traffic, sales targets linked to marketing programs).

Effectively and consistently communicate the brand narrative and key messages to the target audience according to the brand guideline.

Manage and optimize company communication channels (social media, website content, email marketing, media relations).

Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, product, etc.) for message alignment and smooth program execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Management, or a similar role, preferably within the F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry.

Proven ability to handle retail marketing programs (planning, execution, evaluation).

Strong understanding of marketing communication principles, branding, digital marketing, and social media.

Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects.

Experience or ability in seeking and establishing collaborations.

Creative, innovative, and capable of generating fresh ideas.

Good analytical skills and ability to compile informative reports (reporting).

High attention to detail and ensuring program alignment with brand guidelines.

Results-oriented with a focus on target achievement.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for the coffee industry is a plus.

Proficient in Office Software and Project Management Software.

Experience managing events or brand activations is an advantage.

Basic graphic design or video editing skills are beneficial.

Existing network with relevant media, influencers, or communities is a plus.
