Job purpose and organizational context:

This role involves supporting the Corporate Digital Marketing lead in implementing the yearly roadmap to enhance the company's visibility through digital marketing channels, focusing on technology, reputation, customer base, and online presence.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will oversee the Salesforce Marketing Automation platform, collaborating with various teams to execute programmatic and operational strategies.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to: Corporate Digital Marketing Lead.

Internal interactions include: Corporate Marketing Communications team, Business Partners, Digital Communications, IT, Business Lines, Commercial, Business Development, and Technical Lines teams.

External interactions include: Clients, vendors, and external agencies.

Job Scope and Requirements:

  • +3 years of proven marketing automation experience.
  • Expertise in database management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and campaign deployment.
  • Maintaining integration between Salesforce Marketing Automation and CRM, and assisting with platform integrations.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and recommending improvements.
  • Leading marketing automation initiatives, exploring industry best practices.
  • Conducting A/B testing to improve productivity and ROI.
  • Supporting marketing operations projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead management and data cleansing.
