Job purpose and organizational context :

This role will support the Corporate Digital Marketing lead in implementing the yearly roadmap to enhance the company's visibility through digital marketing channels, focusing on technology, reputation, customer base, and online presence.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, your main responsibility will be managing the Salesforce Marketing Automation platform to maximize its potential. You will collaborate with the BL Marcom Business Partners, internal webmaster, and project managers to execute programmatic and operational strategies using the company's marketing automation tools.

Reporting lines and interactions :

Hierarchically reports to the Corporate Digital Marketing Lead.

Key interactions :

Internally : Corporate Marketing Communications team, Marketing Communications Business Partners, Digital Communications, IT, Business Lines, Commercial, Business Development, and Technical Lines teams.

Externally : Clients, vendors, and external agencies as needed.

We are looking for someone with :

  • At least 3 years of proven marketing automation experience.
  • Expertise in database management concepts and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and discretion in decision-making.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing programs and client journeys, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, with continuous improvement.
  • Ability to maintain integration between Salesforce Marketing Automation and Salesforce CRM, and assist with integrating platforms like SEMrush, Data Studio, web analytics, social media analytics, and ads manager accounts.
  • Skills in analyzing campaign metrics, generating reports, and recommending improvements.
  • Proactive in exploring and implementing the latest techniques and benchmarks in marketing automation.
  • Experience with A/B testing to improve productivity, conversion rates, ROI, and sales.
  • Support in marketing operations projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead lifecycle management, scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
