Job purpose and organizational context :
This role will support the Corporate Digital Marketing lead in implementing the yearly roadmap to enhance the company's visibility through digital marketing channels, focusing on technology, reputation, customer base, and online presence.
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, your main responsibility will be managing the Salesforce Marketing Automation platform to maximize its potential. You will collaborate with the BL Marcom Business Partners, internal webmaster, and project managers to execute programmatic and operational strategies using the company's marketing automation tools.
Reporting lines and interactions :
Hierarchically reports to the Corporate Digital Marketing Lead.
Key interactions :
Internally : Corporate Marketing Communications team, Marketing Communications Business Partners, Digital Communications, IT, Business Lines, Commercial, Business Development, and Technical Lines teams.
Externally : Clients, vendors, and external agencies as needed.
