The Role We Need:

PadSplit is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the execution and optimization of multi-channel communication campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion. This role is essential for maintaining high-performing automation flows and ensuring consistent, data-driven communication across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.

The Person We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about digital marketing, and has a strong foundation in business, marketing, or engineering. They should be analytical, tech-savvy, eager to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance data. The candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and stays updated on industry trends to improve multi-channel marketing efforts.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-To-Day:

  1. Execute multi-channel campaigns: Launch campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels to engage users effectively.
  2. Manage automation flow performance: Monitor and maintain automation flows to ensure consistent delivery and high performance.
  3. Conduct A/B testing: Perform A/B testing to identify strategies that optimize engagement and success.
  4. Collaborate on campaign content: Work with the creative team to refine content and visuals for campaigns.
  5. Troubleshoot HTML and CSS: Resolve HTML and CSS issues to ensure proper rendering across devices and platforms.
  6. Analyze performance data: Interpret data insights to improve marketing strategies.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Proficient in HTML/CSS: Strong skills in HTML and CSS to troubleshoot and optimize communications.
  • Basic programming knowledge: Understanding of programming; experience with Node.js is a plus.
  • Understand email compatibility: Knowledge of email rendering and cross-platform compatibility.
  • A/B testing expertise: Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results for improvements.
  • Detail-oriented: High attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
  • Prioritization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Stay updated on trends: Keep current with multi-channel marketing trends and best practices.

The Interview Process:

  1. Application review by the Hiring Manager.
  2. Phone screen with the PeopleOps team (~30 minutes).
  3. Video interview with the Director of Marketing Automations (~45 minutes).
  4. Live assessment and panel interview (~1 hour).
  5. Final interview with the Head of Marketing (~30 minutes).
  6. Offer if selected.

Compensation: $20,000 - $30,000 per year, based on role scope, market benchmarks, and experience. This is a contract position.
