Voodoo in Paris is seeking a creative specialist to craft mobile video ads that engage millions while exploring AI-driven ideas and benchmarks across competitors.

You will edit and produce content end-to-end, using After Effects and AI tools, collaborating with a diverse squad, and analyzing performance to optimize campaigns. Fluent English required; remote days offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Hands-on with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).
• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation.
• Expert in After Effects; nice to have 3D software and/or Unity.
• Creative and have a hacker mindset.
• Understand how your creations drive marketing performance.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Team

Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo’s unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

Role

• Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people (both paid and organic content)

• Become a creative expert in mobile gaming/app: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas

• Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why

• Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities

• Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)

Profile

• At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation

• Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity

• Creative and have a hacker mindset

• Understand how your creations drive marketing performance

• Fluent in English, both oral and written
