Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Apprentice. This role is Office Based, Paris Office. We are looking for our next Marketing Cornerstar, ready to start their career at a fantastic company with a culture of learning and development at its heart. Come join our EMEA Field Marketing Team working alongside our Regional Senior Marketing Managers and get your career off to a flying start in the exciting world of B2B Tech Marketing!

In this role you will...

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Senior Field Marketing Manager (FMM) for marketing project planning, execution and tracking.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing events such as exhibitions, conferences and webinars.
  • Support data management and tracking following events.
  • Work with project coordinators to support live webinars.
  • Draft campaign copy for landing pages, emails, social posts and sales teams with support from Regional FMM.
  • Work with marketing analysts to get data points and feedback from campaigns and events.
  • Monitor campaigns weekly for key data points and provide basic analysis of campaigns to the Regional FMM.
  • Work with Regional FMM on event presentations, project proposals and deep dive analysis of campaign statistics.
  • Keep marketing plan up to date with published blogs, customer stories and social posts.
  • Liaise with a variety of marketing, business development and sales colleagues to ensure communication and feedback is a priority.
  • Be prepared to liaise with a series of third-party vendors to support marketing activity.

You've got what it takes if you...

  • A business or marketing qualification
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and take on a variety of projects with the ability to prioritise and manage time well
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Good communicator
  • Excellent verbal and written English. Additional languages (German, Italian or Spanish) will be appreciated
  • A passion for learning all things marketing!
