We are seeking a Marketing Analyst based in Europe to support data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to improve acquisition, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with marketing metrics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Daily monitoring of ongoing paid media, CRM acquisition, and DTC activity to deliver performance diagnoses, optimization insights, and efficient revenue growth solutions
- Drive iFIT market share growth in France, UK, and Germany by combining strong analytics skills, knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, and intelligent review of market competitors and industry trends
- Liaise with colleagues globally to co-develop best practice and solve challenges together, actively participate in weekly business performance reviews
- Be able to deliver on aggressive YoY growth commitments
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data to assess campaign performance and customer trends.
- Marketing Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs across digital, social, and CRM channels, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Customer Insights: Work with our global research and insights team to develop segmentation strategies and customer profiling to enhance targeting and improve personalization efforts.
- Market Research: Review competitive analyses and consumer behavior studies to inform marketing strategies.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, deploy, and analyze experiments to improve marketing effectiveness, message testing, and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the paid media, creative, CRM, and DTC teams to ensure holistic data-driven decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders, ensuring communication transparency and efficiency.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in a DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Market Expertise: Understanding of the French consumer landscape and digital marketing trends.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Passion for Fitness: A strong interest in fitness, wellness, or sports is a plus.
