The Marketing AI Program Manager will define and lead this transformation agenda, combining marketing expertise, technology understanding and program leadership to drive adoption and measurable business value at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing and digital/AI transformation, ideally FMCG
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional programs
• Experience with agencies, technology providers and external partners
• Experience designing operating models and governance frameworks
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across functions and markets

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Marketing transformation roadmap and refresh priorities with stakeholders
• Coordinate deployment of priority initiatives across brands, markets and functions
• Define and embed the AI Marketing operating model with governance and routines
• Collaborate with IT and data teams on data needs and tech choices
• Drive adoption, build capabilities, playbooks, and training with HR
• Monitor value capture and KPIs with Finance and Value Creation teams
