Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Group CMO (Intern) to join our Global Marketing team in Paris. The role focuses on steering the AI-Augmented Marketing initiative across analytics, content workflows, and global enablement, with English as the working language.

Start January 2027 for at least 6 months, with hybrid flexibility. You will work directly with the Group CMO and coordinate with regional teams, data scientists, and analysts to drive strategy, governance, and best practices

Qualifications

• Master’s student from a top-tier Business School (Grande École de Commerce) or equivalent university program.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving abilities; comfortable working with analytics platforms, data modeling, and reporting frameworks.
• A genuine passion for emerging technologies, generative & agentic AI tools, and B2B growth marketing.
• Bilingual or fluent in English with exceptional writing skills across long-form, web, and newsletter formats.
• High organizational agility, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic orchestration: Support the Group CMO in executing the global AI-Augmented Marketing roadmap across three core pillars.
• Go-to-market & revenue operations: Leverage AI tools to optimize funnels, drive pipeline velocity, and align Marketing-Sales.
• Performance measurement & reporting: Build full-funnel dashboards to measure ROI and identify improvements.
• Operational excellence: Update cross-functional tracking tools, dashboards, and meeting cadences to maintain momentum.
• High-impact copywriting & editorial: Produce editorial assets while safeguarding brand tone.
