We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Market Strategy Manager for our EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take the lead and drive profitable growth in our segment. In this influential role, you will have the chance to shape the growth strategy for selected sub-segments and adjacent markets. You will be instrumental in devising and executing effective commercial strategies and tactical plans.

Aliaxis is privately owned, with its global & EMEA headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

The role is based in Belgium (Brussels) or France (Paris or Cholet) and will require up to 50% travel across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and behaviors.
  • Monitor and understand market trends, new regulations, and competitor actions.
  • Recommend new sub-segments, applications, channels, stakeholders, and business models to develop the core business.
  • Define the value proposition by market sub-segment, tailoring it to meet the specific needs and expectations of different stakeholders.
  • Handover the implementation of the growth plan to the sales directors, who will report on progress and define corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, or Product Development.
  • A good understanding of best practices in marketing.
  • High experience in assessing customer needs.
  • Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B (or B2C) product and solutions industry.
  • Experience working in complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Fluent in English & French; additional European languages are a plus.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in innovation management, a deep understanding of the pipe fitting sector, and a passion for sustainable practices.
