Job description

The role is to be located in Belgium (Brussels) or in France (Paris or Cholet) and will require up to 5 0 % of travelling across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and behaviors.

  • Monitor and understand market trends, new regulations and competitor actions

  • Recommend new sub-segments, applications, channels, stakeholders, business models to develop the core business

  • Define the value proposition by market sub-segment, tailoring it to meet the specific needs and expectations of different stakeholders

  • Handover the implementation of the growth plan to the sales directors, who will report on progress and define corrective action s

Requirements

  • Experienced Strategy / Marketing / Innovation / Product Development

  • A good understanding of best practices marketing

  • High Experience in assessing customer needs

  • Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industry

  • Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment

  • Fluent in English & French – any additional European language is a plus.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in innovation management, a deep understanding of the pipe fitting sector, and a passion for sustainable practices.
