Job Description

Within the Global Market Operations (GMO) department, you will join the Trade Support Global Securities Financing team, based in the Natixis trading room.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Managing TRS resets (pay-off, coupon, fixing, etc.) on Index and Bulk, and valuing TRS PEA;
  • Managing securities transactions (OST) (restriking) on TRS;
  • Controlling Hardblocking & Hire Act on AMC (asset management company) and TRS;
  • Managing lending-borrowing, Fixed Income, and reference scope in FO systems (third-party creation, setting fees, etc.);
  • Assisting traders in monitoring critical points related to position management (tracking short positions, managing missing events);
  • Participating in FO needs expression, developing internal tools to improve the FO to BO chain, and proposing process optimizations to reduce manual interventions in Trade Support.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

If you see yourself in the following, you are a great fit!
With a degree in finance, you have at least 5 years of front office support experience.

You are proficient in:

  • Equity products;
  • Market activities and products, including the FO to BO processing chain;
  • Sophis and ideally Summit;
  • Office tools and VBA (preferably).

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, good listening abilities, and are:

  • Capable of evolving processes for continuous improvement, security, and reliability;
  • Rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Proactive in proposing solutions.

You master English at a C1 level.
