VOS MISSIONS:

Ce poste est une opportunité de jouer un rôle clé au sein de la Business Unit FR Personal Care (Produits Entretien du Corps) en rassemblant les différents facteurs de prévision auprès des différentes parties prenantes du process S&OP telles que le marketing, les Ventes, la Finance et les équipes d'approvisionnement européennes. Il offre également une occasion d'améliorer continuellement la robustesse du process S&OP, son leadership personnel et transversal en développant son expertise en matière de planification de la demande.

Au sein de l'équipe Planning Personal Care France, vous réalisez les prévisions de ventes des articles sur la base des inputs de nos Business Partners (CSP, NRM, Finance, Marketing & CMI, Ventes, Service Client, etc.)

A ce titre, vous aurez en charge :

- D'être le garant des prévisions de ventes en fonction de l'activité des marques et des dynamiques du marché en rassemblant les différents Demand Drivers. Ainsi, vous prenez en compte l'historique, les phasages et effets promotions, la cannibalisation entre les produits et la tendance du marché ;

- D'orchestrer les cycles S&OP & coordonner les différents acteurs intervenant dans l'élaboration des prévisions de ventes en challengeant éventuellement la qualité des inputs qui vous sont partagés sur des horizons courts (3 mois), moyens (9 mois) et longs (18 à 24 mois) termes.

- De collaborer étroitement avec le Category Demand Planner Genpact Personal Care en charge du back office du Demand Planning et de la modification des prévisions dans nos outils de prévision (Kinaxis, FEU...)

- De participer au comité de la catégorie de produits avec l'ensemble des fonctions pour analyser l'activité du mois précédent et discuter des perspectives des mois suivants (lancement, innovation, opérations promotionnelles, analyse marché, stockages clients...) ;

- De prendre part aux réunions mensuelles d'analyse des capacités de production avec l'entité Unilever Supply Chain basée aux Pays-Bas et les usines en Europe, pour définir les ressources allouées en fonction de l'activité ;

- D'être le partenaire des équipes marketing & ventes pour coordonner les projets (innovation, logistique) avec les équipes supply chain Europe : procurement / 3rd party manufacturing / R&D ;

- De gérer les événements supply majeurs (Temps forts, gestion de la demande/contingentement lors d'une crise de service) avec l'ensemble des acteurs concernés

- Evaluer la valeur ajoutée des ajustements des prévisions de ventes sur la base de modèles de prévision basés sur le machine learning

- Auditer les lacunes des process et des outils actuels et établir une feuille de route d'amélioration continue

- Plus globalement, veiller à l'atteinte des Keys Performances Indicators et s'assurer du respect des objectifs fixés en termes de taux de service, de forecast accuracy & forecast bias (qualité et précision des prévisions), de stocks, d'obsolètes et de marge.

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

De Formation supérieure en Ecole de Commerce / Ecole d'Ingénieur/Université, vous justifiez d'une première expérience professionnelle en tant que Demand Planner dans le secteur FMCG.

Rigoureux (se), organisé(e), vous avez le sens des priorités et possédez un esprit de synthèse et d'analyse.

Vous possédez un bon sens relationnel et savez faire preuve de conviction.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques : Word, Powerpoint et maîtrisez Excel. La connaissance de SAP, Power Query/Power BI serait un plus.

Vous avez impérativement un bon niveau d'anglais (échanges avec les équipes européennes).
