Job summary

CMA CGM Group's Fleet team is seeking a Master’s student in naval architecture or engineering for an end-of-studies internship. You will join the Fleet team to assist in coordinating repairs and monitoring vessel performance, and to help develop project plans.

This role offers exposure to international maritime regulations, IMS policies, and data reporting, with English communications essential and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's student in naval architecture or engineering.
• First experience (internship, apprenticeship or project) in a technical field is a plus.
• Solid project management basics; familiarity with reporting and planning tools.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code) is a plus.
• Some experience with fleet management software (AMOS, ShipNet, etc.) is appreciated.
• Fluent English; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair & fleet project coordination: coordinate repair services and monitor fleet projects.
• Project management: create and track project plans with timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Data collection & reporting: gather vessel data and prepare related reports.
• Performance monitoring: prepare and present regular performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Fleet operations support: keep fleet documents up to date and provide administrative support.
