Job summary

The role requires a Master’s student in naval architecture or engineering, with a background in ship management or related fields and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s student in naval architecture or engineering.
• Experience: internship, apprenticeship or project in a technical field is a plus.
• Technical: solid project management basics; proficiency in reporting and planning tools.
• Languages: Fluent English; written and verbal communication.
• Personal: rigorous, well organized, interested in maritime/technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair services with the superintendent and monitor fleet projects.
• Create and track project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Collect vessel data and prepare related reports.
• Prepare and present regular performance reviews and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date documents for weekly fleet operations meetings.
