• Cleaning of cell banking rooms and equipment to preserve cleanroom standards
• Being a reference point for training in plant activities and equipment (e.g. support newcomers and external staff in gowning procedures)

Key responsibilities:

1. Being a reference point for activity planning, troubleshooting, and problem solving (e.g. ensure sufficient personnel for in-plant activities and support troubleshooting of operators)
2. Being a reference point for materials and room organisation to ensure continuity of production activities (e.g. understand material requirements prior to starting a campaign and ensure availability)
3. Executing manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines (e.g. aseptic operations, shipments, autoclaving) and troubleshooting processes and equipment (e.g. create malfunction reports)
4. Cleaning of cell banking rooms and equipment to maintain cleanroom standards
5. Training support for in-plant activities and equipment (e.g. assist newcomers and external staff with gowning procedures)

Key requirements:

• Working experience in Pharma and GMP knowledge
• Proven experience working in a cleanroom environment or with cell culture aseptic techniques
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Strong team orientation and good communication skills
• Structured, focused, well-organized, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
