Manufacturing Shopfloor Support (all gender)

As a manufacturing shopfloor support in the context of building our industrial organization, you will play a major role in creating our processes and working instructions, and will be responsible for ensuring their application on the shopfloor.

You will work across various fields: quality, logistics, and production management, ensuring traceability and maintaining high-quality standards for all operations performed on site.

You will also handle logistics and production management tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Control and acceptance of delivered parts
2. Metrological follow-up of control tooling
3. Declaration and follow-up of non-conformities
4. Root cause analysis of quality issues
5. Stock management (input, output, inventories)
6. Launching of assembly orders (documentation)

Where do we stand?

You will join the team during a critical phase of our development, with ongoing full-scale test benches and rapid aircraft development, involving challenges related to communication networks and associated systems.

The ideal candidate has:

• BAC+2 / +3 in production, mechanical, or industrial fields
• Excellent understanding of production environments
• Quality experience is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an aeronautical production environment
