Job summary

Aastech France is seeking a production/manufacturing engineer on a 12-month contract to support the engineering team at our France facility. You will optimize CNC machining and assembly workflows for precision loom components.

Responsibilities include implementing lean principles, supporting NPI from prototype to production readiness, troubleshooting issues, and documenting process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with CNC machining, turning, and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Proficiency in French and English.
