Job Description:

The Demand Planner role involves developing and maintaining demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities. This position acts as an interface to the senior S&OP team and is part of the overall International S&OP team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional planning, working closely with innovation and international S&OP teams to ensure process consistency, and optimizing the use of reports and regional cascade documents. A key focus is on demand planning, supply planning, innovation, SLOBs, and portfolio management.

The position reports to the Senior S&OP Manager and collaborates with Supply Chain Fulfillment to align demand and supply within the S&OP framework. You will be responsible for full horizon forecasts for all products, monitoring sales continuously, creating and updating forecast profiles for various brands, and cleansing data. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for other Demand Planners.

This role requires active collaboration with all departments, especially key accounts, sales controlling, marketing, and customer service, as well as close cooperation with local and international Supply Chain teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role within supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques
• Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, or similar tools)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI
• Fluent in English and French
