Une entreprise leader dans l'ingénierie, spécialisée dans le secteur aéronautique, recherche un Ingénieur de Fabrication pour optimiser les processus de production et diriger des initiatives d'amélioration. Ce rôle est idéal pour un candidat passionné par l'aérospatial et désireux de faire avancer sa carrière au sein d'une équipe innovante et dynamique.

Qualifications

• Expérience en fabrication aéronautique requise.
• Connaissance des instructions et procédures opérationnelles standards est un plus.
• Expérience souhaitée avec les dessins de conception et le Bill of Materials (BOM).

Responsabilités

• Optimiser les processus de fabrication dans la production aéronautique.
• Gérer des projets d'amélioration de la conception à l'intégration sur site.
• Participer aux réunions stratégiques et coordonner les plans d'action.

Description du poste

As a Manufacturing Engineer, your main responsibilities may include:

• Working as a team to optimise manufacturing processes across aircraft production
• Project managing and leading improvement initiatives from concept to shopfloor integration
• Incorporating Industry 4.0 manufacturing processes across aircraft systems
• Liaising with stakeholders, participating in strategic meetings, and coordinating action plans

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Aerospace Engineering, with a result-oriented and proactive mindset. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on exciting projects throughout their career with Alten, developing their engineering knowledge as a Manufacturing Engineer and Consultant.

Experience required:

• Background in Aerospace manufacturing is mandatory
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO9001)
• Experience with Standard Operating Instructions (SOI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), design drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) is a plus
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of TiCON is highly desirable
