Your Missions:

We seek a highly skilled Regional Manufacturing Project Manager to join our Global OpEx, Digital and AI team in France. The role involves managing industrial digital projects across three manufacturing sites in France, requiring up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage Industry projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and stakeholder communication.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment.
• Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with GMSQ guidelines.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance metrics.
• Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets for efficient resource use.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field. At least 5 years of experience managing digital projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software. Experience with change management and agile methodologies. Fluent in English and French.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domains.
• Experience with MES, LES, LIMS, or ERP systems.
