Qualifications

• Au moins 15 ans d'expérience, dont 10 dans un secteur spécifique.
• Expérience managériale dans le développement d'activités.
• Anglais de très bon niveau requis.

Responsabilités

• Création et lancement commercial de la franchise.
• Gestion opérationnelle et développement de votre franchise.
• Prioriser les besoins des clients et coacher les candidats.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Higher technical (Engineer/Master…) or commercial (HEC, ESC…) education, ideally complemented by an MBA.
• At least 15 years of experience, including 10 in a specific sector/discipline, providing a solid operational foundation and progressing to roles in General Management: business unit management, HR, P&L, business development, contracts.
• International experience is a significant asset.
• Managerial experience enabling comfort in analyzing profiles and roles within your sector.
• Entrepreneurship is central to your career and life projects.
