Where BMO does not have a subsidiary or JV, develop chartering BMO's international business.
BMO's BP 2028 envisions BMO's international development, particularly in new MILD territories and outside the core 4 countries (Nigeria, Angola, Congo, Gabon), representing 40% of BMO's revenue within 5 years.
The MD of BMO International is in charge of the implementation of BMO's international development in new territories and outside the core 4 countries (Nigeria, Angola, Congo, Gabon), in addition to the operational implementation of this activity through a dedicated shipmanagement and a dedicated SRC.
Responsible for all day-to-day chartering surfers fleet operations of the Company in new MILD territories and outside the core 4 countries (Nigeria, Angola, Congo, Gabon).
Acting as a point of contact for local and HO clients on all matters relating to developing or conducting BMO's business in its international territory.
Secure the whole value chain to deliver effective solutions: partners (technical, financial, local content constraints, tax constraints and market access) and providers (local logistics, local manning). In new countries, identify the right local partner to rely on if market access requires a local agent or partnership.
Responsible for BOURBON Standards (Values, Brand, Ops, Reporting) application in the Company.
Adaptation of the surfer model to operate in new territories through an agile organisation (centralised stock, international SRC, flying technicals, superintendents, contract managers, etc.), particularly when a surfer operates in isolated areas (identification of local shipyard, key local suppliers, etc.).
Build and lead the BMO International executive team.
