Assist with the efficient and profitable administration of trusts and company structures assigned to the team. Responsible for the comprehensive administration of complex vehicles under your charge.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Finance or Accounting

Experience Required

Knowledge of companies and trusts across various jurisdictions, including trust and company administration. Ability to interpret trust deeds, company memoranda, articles of association, and related documents. Understanding of financial and accounting requirements for trusts and companies. Awareness of fiduciary risks in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within the team and build effective relationships across Wealth and Investment in Jersey and other jurisdictions. Act as an authorized signatory.
  • Lead client meetings, document interactions, and manage a diverse client portfolio with minimal supervision.
  • Identify new business opportunities and refer potential clients to Trust Executives.
  • Address issues highlighted in the monthly Management Information (MI) reports promptly.
  • Foster relationships across Trust divisions and ICS to promote business growth.
  • Maintain business administration, customer understanding, data management, and industry knowledge.
