Job Description:

Position: We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Workforce Manager to oversee workforce planning and labor optimization across our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Workforce Planning & Forecasting: Analyze historical data and operational trends to forecast short- and long-term labor needs. Collaborate with operations and HR teams to develop shift schedules, headcount plans, and hiring targets. Create and manage efficient employee rosters across multiple sites or warehouses.
  2. Performance Management: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance workforce performance and reduce overtime or idle time. Partner with operations, recruitment, training, and finance teams to align labor resources with business objectives. Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to improve workforce flexibility. Utilize workforce management systems (WMS/WFM software) and data analytics tools to streamline scheduling and reporting. Lead or support automation and digital transformation initiatives related to workforce operations.
  3. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with workforce planning software (e.g., Kronos, Reflexis, Workday, Blue Yonder). Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices related to shift scheduling and employee contracts.
