As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Supply Chain Planning Process Manager will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.

Accountabilities :

  • Drive and implement technology and process solution design for our EMENA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Region in collaboration with the global team.
  • Ensure thorough testing for the specific area of focus.
  • Recognize change management needs and partner with the organizational change management team to develop and manage the change process.
  • Bring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design for the EMENA Region to create industry-leading technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and priorities into user-friendly system capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment between ERP and planning technology solutions and the globally consistent S&OP process.
  • Engage with global and regional subject matter experts and incorporate their feedback into solution design.
  • Prioritize system usability and end-user adoption in system design.
  • Provide escalation support for cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or related areas.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and design.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action.
  • Experience with deploying ERP and planning technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both executive management and operational teams.

About the team.

Reporting to the Business Transformation Director EMENA, the successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Planning processes (demand planning, aggregate supply planning, detailed scheduling) and will lead the implementation of best-in-class technology solutions. They will ensure all solution design decisions align with globally consistent processes, requiring hands-on involvement in solution design.
