Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Administer and deliver the negotiated collective agreement including terms and conditions of employment between union and employer. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 16-20 people.
