IMPLUS EU, Human Resources Director, EMEA & Asia
The National Account Manager, DTC / EU will report to the Director, Global DTC and will be focused on driving accelerated and profitable growth across Implus brands. This role will work closely with the Global DTC Organization, Category / Brand Managers, Omnichannel & Digital Teams to ensure strong growth on our DTC platform in emerging EU markets. Further, they will work closely with an external agency and internal resources to support planning, advertising, and operations. This role will be highly collaborative across many Implus business teams including Creative, MDM, Brand, Operations and unit Commercial.
Responsibilities
- Manage category / brand specific P&L for DTC, third-party to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Must meet DTC top & bottom-line objectives as established by Implus.
- Assist in defining the vision and marketing strategy for Implus’ DTC business in Europe to drive acquisition and retention.
- Oversee all aspects of the DTC within the EU to drive significant growth in next 3-5 years.
- Plan and manage product listings, new product launches, pricing changes, product feeds, customer relationship management (CRM) and promotional activity and closely monitor plan performance.
- Ensure fulfillment processes meet consumer expectations for delivery times and when needed, identify options to scale existing operations.
- Collaborate with customer service team to understand and address customer inquiries.
- Continuously optimize site experience to improve engagement and conversion, in partnership with IT team.
- Own the data strategy for DTC in EU marketplaces through tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI with support from the Global DTC Team.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM initiatives in collaboration with the SEO Manager to optimize websites to increase traffic and sales.
- Build, develop and execute the annual sales plans, GTMs, and budgets with weekly performance reviews against objectives.
- Continuously monitor Portfolio, Category, Brand, Sub-Brand and SKU level performance for pacing to Monthly goals. Work with the internal Digital team members & Agency to optimize performance to expectations.
- Leverage data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits.
- Work with other National Account Managers to drive learned efficiencies across the portfolio and create a synergistic strategy for Implus’ Digital businesses.
- Share best practices and success stories globally within the overall Global DTC Implus Team.
- Work with Brand Managers, Account Managers, Sales Leads to align to pricing strategies and exclusives for the Digital channel.
- Work with the Implus Retail Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute promotional and advertising programs. Build out key campaign strategies determining the most efficient means of spending funds to meet internal KPI’s as well as meeting customer expectations.
- Work with the Sr. Director of Digital Content, Digital Content Admin and Brand Team to develop a content calendar to ensure the consumer experience on all platforms are best-in-class, from content in PDPs, Search Listings, Stores, Posts, Custom Landing Pages, etc.
- Maintain and develop customer account base through implementation of overall marketing plan and fostering internal and external relationships.
- Build key seasonal programs, by determining the right assortment and high ROI supporting tactics; plan and forecast volumes with internal teams to deliver exceptional incremental opportunities.
- Understand inventory management and execute forecasting process to maintain optimal coverage levels aligned upon between DTC / 3P and Implus.
- Work directly with the Implus Customer Supply Chain & Order Management Manager to improve forecasting accuracy, monitor POs and current weeks of cover.
- Be the in-house expert and repository of knowledge of all platform changes, policies, and best practices.
- Lead, develop, and ensure implementation of customer strategies that are aligned with the overall Digital Commerce accelerated growth strategy, and support the achievement of profitable sales objectives.
- Utilize performance management tools to analyze data on a variety of critical business drivers to improve results.
- Set KPI’s and metrics to ensure effective management of product portfolios, new product launches and promotions to drive sustainable growth.
- Work with Implus Customer Operations & Supply Chain Associate to validate inbound weekly POs, evaluate timing and impact to Sell-In objectives, understand risk on supply constraints, report on cuts and reports weekly on all Sell-In metrics.
- Work with Director of Inventory Planning & Optimization to align consumption forecast with operational forecasts to ensure alignment based on inventory lifecycles. Also collaborate on risks & opportunities as part of the S&OP process. Work to also evaluate forecast accuracy against prior month and optimize for future month forecasts.
