Leader in France in Risk Management and Internal Audit, with over 70 dedicated consultants, our Risk Consulting line is strengthening its teams and seeking Managers / Senior Managers in Life Sciences F/H to work with clients in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.

You will be involved in various missions such as:

• Regulatory Affairs: providing consulting services at various stages of drug and medical device development: clinical trials to marketing authorization, as well as post-approval/compliance topics.
• Internal Audit: conducting operational and organizational audit missions; third-party audit (Third Party Risk Management).
• Risk Management: risk mapping; operational resilience (business continuity; management systems; crisis management cells; crisis management tests – serious games).
• Internal Control: organizational maturity assessment, roadmaps, process improvement; implementing a new internal control function; creating operational or financial internal control references.
• Other consulting missions: innovation and digitization of risk management functions, audit, security of artificial intelligence, risk management enhanced by AI, qualification and implementation of Risk Management Information Systems, dashboard design, data analysis, process mining, IT process and system audits, etc.; ESG (implementing a risk-based approach to address ESG issues and CSRD compliance, structuring related internal control, etc.); quality management (ISO 9001 certification support; quality-driven transformation, etc.).

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will also be expected to:

• Participate in developing business proposals
• Contribute to consulting offers
• Manage consulting teams

Your profile (F/H):

• Significant experience of at least 6 years gained in a consulting firm. Experience in the Life Sciences or Biotech sector would be a plus.
• Fluent English level (spoken and written)
• A set of soft skills: autonomous, organized, adaptable, problem-solving mindset, excellent analytical skills, eagerness to learn, curiosity, client relationship skills, ease in communication and writing
• Interest in business development and team management
• Graduated from a high-level higher education program
