Manager / Senior Manager– AMOA EPM / Contrôle de Gestion / AMOA SI Finance (H / F)

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner Master Data to join our global transformation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in rethinking our database structure for products, customers, and vendors, addressing current Master Data challenges, and working with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment on the current Master Data structure and processes
2. Design and create functional specifications for the new Product Master Data hierarchy and attributes in co-construction with the Saint-Gobain Surface Solutions regions stakeholders and experts for 6 product categories
3. Embed sustainable and compliance data in the design of the specification, in line with the sustainability purpose of the Group.
4. Create functional specifications for material creation and update processes, as well as aligning quotation process for Make To Order product across the regions
5. Animation and coordination with many departments as data are used and consumed by Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reporting, Procurement, where alignment on core model and local approach will be required
6. Reshape vendor and customer referential in collaboration with the regions and central purchasing teams to set foundation for transformation journey
7. Data dictionary will be a key outcome of Master Data Management project
8. Lead contributor to the development of the MDM Digital Solution by the IT team that will follow above steps
9. Lead manager to deploy the MDM solution across all regions worldwide
10. Proven track record in project management.
11. Experience coordinating with various continents and cross-functional teams (Product management, Logistic, Manufacturing, sales, etc.).
12. Proficiency in process design, workflow, and data workflow.
13. Deliverables and timeline management.
14. Preferably, experience with Digital project.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Master Data Management role or Product Management in complex industrial domain in combination with business development.
2. Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
3. Experience with data management tools and technologies.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to data management.
