Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in R2R, CTC oder verwandten Rollen.
• Starke Buchhaltungskenntnisse und analytische Fähigkeiten.

Manager Record to Report (R2R)

Unlock your potential with Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering as a Manager Record to Report (R2R) in Pune, Maharashtra.

In your role as the Manager, you will supervise the Record to Report (R2R) team. Your key responsibilities include ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency. You will handle various General Accounting tasks and Billing & Revenue Accounting activities within Dassault Systèmes (DS) Legal Entities.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Compliance:
• Oversee end-to-end R2R processes, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Manage bank reconciliations (automatic and manual), VAT processes, closing entries, and Fixed Assets management (including depreciation and asset registration).
• Monitor closing tasks and perform open item key matching.
• Contribute to improving DS’s Smart Close (Fast) process and internal controls.

• Month-End and Year-End Closing:

• Coordinate closing activities, review financial statements, and ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Internal Controls and Audit Support:

• Maintain internal controls and assist during audits.

Qualifications:

• Academic: CA/ICWA/MBA or equivalent, or postgraduate from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in R2R, CTC, or related roles; total experience over 10 years.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
