Your Role: Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program. Effective coordination of program management, including oversight of risks and issues. Experience managing large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site international operations with high SLA standards. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident management, change management, and ITIL processes. Performance management involves setting indicators, financial oversight, and corrective actions. Ensuring quality assurance and alignment with infrastructure planning and standards. Facilitating new capabilities for business change and benefits realization. Maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum within the program. Building and managing senior client relationships, expectations, communication, and escalation. Ensuring appropriate project management frameworks are in place, securing resources, and implementing communication plans.

Your Profile: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management across all project phases. Proficiency in AGILE methodologies and experience implementing them. Knowledge of Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud concepts. Proven expertise in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, contract management, and mission oversight. Strong team orientation, analytical skills, and effective communication skills.
