Qualifications

Your Role: Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program, including coordination of program management, risk management, and ensuring high service levels. Manage large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site international operations with SLA of 99.99% or above. Oversee incident, change, and ITIL processes. Manage performance indicators, financials, and quality assurance. Coordinate new capabilities to enable effective change and benefits realization. Maintain team focus, enthusiasm, and momentum. Build and manage senior client relationships, manage resources, and implement communication plans.

Your Profile: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, involvement in all project phases from design to implementation. Mastery of AGILE methodology and experience implementing it. Knowledge of Public, Private, Hybrid cloud concepts. Proven expertise in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, and contractual management. Strong team orientation, analytical, and communication skills.
