Your Role: Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program. Effective coordination of program management, inter-dependencies, including oversight of risks and issues. Experience managing large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with high SLA standards. Responsibilities include 24x7 monitoring, Incident, Change & ITIL processes. Performance management involves setting indicators, financial follow-up, deviation correction, etc. Ensuring quality assurance and program integrity, focusing on internal consistency and external coherence with infrastructure and standards. Coordination of new capabilities for business change and benefits realization. Maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum. Building and managing senior client relationships. Ensuring appropriate project management frameworks are in place. Securing resources and expertise internally. Implementing communication plans with all stakeholders.

Your profile: Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, involved in complex technical projects from design to implementation. Mastery of AGILE methodology and its implementation. Knowledge of Public, Private, Hybrid cloud concepts. Proven expertise in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, contractual management, and project leadership. Strong team player with analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. We look forward to meeting you!
