Your Role

Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program, including:

• Effective coordination of program management, inter-dependencies, and oversight of risks and issues.
• Managing large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state-of-the-art infrastructure and SLA of 99.99% or above, including monitoring, incident, change, and ITIL processes.
• Performance management, including setting indicators, financial follow-up (revenue, costs, invoicing), deviation identification, and corrective plans.
• Ensuring quality assurance and program integrity, focusing on internal consistency and infrastructure coherence.
• Coordinating new capabilities for the business to enable effective change and realization of benefits.
• Maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum within the program.
• Building and managing senior client relationships, including expectations, communication, and escalation.
• Implementing appropriate project management frameworks and securing necessary resources and expertise.
• Executing communication plans with all stakeholders (customers, sales teams, project teams, TCS management).

Your Profile

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, involved in various phases of complex technical projects from design to implementation.
• Proficiency in AGILE methodologies and experience implementing them in projects.
• Knowledge of Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud concepts.
• Experience in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, contractual management, and mission oversight.
• Strong team collaboration, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
