For one of our clients, we are looking for a Manager, Pricing Management, remotely from Europe and APAC.

As the Manager, Pricing Management, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for optimizing pricing strategies and driving revenue growth in e-commerce marketplace operations. You’ll oversee pricing automation, implement advertising strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and inventory management. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company's P&L, focused on delivering results across multiple e-commerce platforms and markets. Your leadership will shape the pricing approach to ensure consistent success across your team and business objectives.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team focused on revenue growth and profitability across multiple countries and e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee dynamic pricing and advertising strategies, ensuring automation is implemented and optimized.
  • Collaborate with IT to continually improve pricing automation.
  • Analyze pricing rules and optimize them through ongoing testing to ensure competitiveness in various markets.
  • Work closely with teams such as New Product Research, Purchasing, and Inventory Management to drive optimal results.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities for team members, ensuring consistent development and performance.
  • Proven experience with dynamic pricing strategies driven by data analysis.
  • Strong background in marketplace advertising, specifically on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of revenue optimization.
  • Expertise in inventory optimization and aligning pricing strategies with inventory levels.
  • Ability to accurately forecast and drive results through strategic pricing and advertising efforts.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Competitive Salary: $2500 to $3500 gross per month, with bi-annual salary reviews.
