THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

We are currently searching for the Manager of our global Solution Architect team with a focus to join our team who brings a dynamic approach in our fast-paced technology environment to help customers solve complex business problems. Our Solution Architects are analytical and product focused, they are excited at the concept of making a difference in the procurement space, creative and collaborative, and thrive on building and bringing value to new customer relationships.

ROLE:

As a Manager, Solution Architect with Ivalua you will be in charge to build and scale our team of Cloud Experts and work on various subjects as: Hosting, Data interfacing, Datacenter, Change Management, Data Transfer Protocol, Cloud, IT Strategy, Disaster recovery, Reply to tenders on those different subjects, Set up SLA (Service Level Agreement) for hosting, Defense of answers and Lead an end-to-end implementation discussion regarding the integration capabilities of the Ivalua platform to 3rd party tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Our Manager, Solution Architect will be our Cloud Expert helping us to work on the continuous improvement of our message and offer related to various subjects as: Data Transfer Protocol, Cloud, IT Strategy, Disaster recovery.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical solution software pre-sales or project management
• Experience in management.
• Ideal background and expertise in SAP ERP solutions
• Proven expertise on Cloud, Data, Hosting
• Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience in Spend Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement (preferred)
• Technical skills: SQL Server, ETL, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, CXML, EDI
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and other software tools (forecasting / sales tracking)

Soft Skills :

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent English and French Language skills
• A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global events.
