We are seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations to join our Global Payroll Operations team. This role involves owning the planning and implementation of payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with regulations. You will report to the Senior Manager, Payroll Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Payroll team.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, complying with country-specific regulations.
• Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with payroll service providers.
• Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.

About the ideal candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Passionate about managing people without micromanaging.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets.
