Une entreprise leader dans le secteur ferroviaire recherche un Manager de la Performance Organisationnelle pour son site à Valenciennes. Vous serez responsable de l'efficacité organisationnelle, de la gestion des méthodes, de l'intégration des outils et de l'innovation digitale. Ce poste requiert une vaste expérience dans un environnement international et une capacité à diriger des équipes multiculturelles.

Qualifications

  • Min 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle post-universitaire requise.
  • 3-5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans un environnement international.
  • Connaissances en digitalisation et IA nécessaires.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer l'intégration des résultats de performance et des KPIs.
  • Soutenir le déploiement de solutions IA pour améliorer les processus.
  • Coordonner l'exécution des projets liés aux outils Qlik Sense.

It is localized nearby Valenciennes site, a plant specialized in the design, development, manufacturing and testing of Rolling Stocks (1200 pers.)

Organizational Performance, Methods and Tools (M/F)

You will join our Interiors Component Development Site and Product Family of Valenciennes Petite Forêt, a key actor in the design and development of interior train parts as well as front ends, with more than 180 people & 22 different nationalities, including designers, buyers, industrial, quality, Project Managers & Product Experts, working on both French & International projects.

What are my responsibilities?

Purpose of the Job/Objective

  • Performance Management, Convergence, and Integration Roadmap
  • Organizational efficiency development, design thinking, collaboration across borders
  • Ensure efficient ways of work, support design and maintenance of process landscape
  • Manage Methods and Tools (excluding specific design tools), digitalization, AI roadmap

Organisation Reporting

  • Reports to: Interiors Platform Director

Network & Links

Internal Interfaces:

  • Support VP Components Platform & Global Product Convergence (Integration Roadmap, KPIs)
  • RS-COMPONENTS Directors and their Management teams (align reporting, Way of Work, tools, processes, etc.)
  • Global Product Convergence and Standardization, N-3 team (Methods, Processes, Tools, Convergence)
  • RSC Platforms: Improvement, Performance, Integration, N-3 / N-4 team
  • Members of RSC-INTERIORS Management

Your responsibilities include:

Support efficient Way of Work and optimum process landscape:

  • Support efficient Way of Work and processes
  • Support an optimized development logic
  • Change mindset in organization

Organizational Performance Management:

  • Ensure aligned and defined INTERIORS KPIs
  • Prepare reporting in alignment with relevant Alstom network
  • Monthly follow-up of performance data
  • Collect actual KPI across CDS and support presentation of performance progress
  • Define KPI target setting objectives

Digital Continuity

  • Support deployment of effective AI solutions to boost internal processes and achieve better automation
  • Support deployment of AI costing solutions
  • Continue improving and adopting 2D and 3D AI checking solutions
  • Identify new opportunities for AI automation and propose them to central AI team

PLM4A Digital Continuity Officer

  • Lead deployment of PLM4A tool across CDS, support process harmonization according to Interiors WoW
  • Coordinate transversal technical issues with central PLM4A team and CDS
  • Support execution of the first PLM4A projects in CDS

Qlik Sense project tools management & Sharepoint governance

  • Manage Interiors Project applications across CDS
  • Access / User management
  • Issue resolution
  • Data Management/ Governance

ODyC Deployment

  • Support Planning Manager in the ODyC deployment roadmap for CDS

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Mandatory

  • Senior business knowledge in relevant environments like complex international organizational set-up, platform and product management, engineering organization, bid management
  • Min 10 years of postgraduate working experience
  • 3-5 years working experience in project assignments
  • Leadership
  • 3-5 years working experience in an international business organization
  • Digitalization, AI knowledge

Skills

  • Autonomous, results-driven, team-oriented personality with strong relationship skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Fast prototyper, likes to experiment to quickly test new concepts & solutions
  • Agility in terms of travel time
