You will join our Interiors Component Development Site and Product Family of Valenciennes Petite Forêt, a key player in the design and development of interior train parts as well as front ends. The team comprises over 180 people from 22 different nationalities, including designers, buyers, industrial staff, quality specialists, project managers, and product experts working on both French and international projects.
Purpose of the Job / Objective

Your responsibilities include
Supporting efficient ways of work and an optimized process landscape:
- Support efficient ways of work and processes

Organizational Performance Management:
- Ensure aligned and defined INTERIORS KPIs
- Prepare reports in alignment with the relevant Asltom network
- Monthly follow-up of performance data
- Collect actual KPI data across CDS and support performance presentations
- Define KPI target-setting objectives
Digital Continuity
- Support deployment of effective AI solutions to automate internal processes
- Support deployment of AI costing solutions
- Improve and adopt 2D and 3D AI checking solutions
- Identify new AI automation opportunities and propose them to the central AI team
PLM4A Digital Continuity Officer
- Lead deployment of PLM4A tool across CDS and support process harmonization
- Coordinate technical issues with the central PLM4A team
- Support execution of initial PLM4A projects in CDS
Qlik Sense project tools management & SharePoint governance
- Manage Interiors Project applications across CDS
- Manage access and user permissions
- Resolve issues
- Oversee data management and governance
ODyC Deployment
- Support Planning Manager in the ODyC deployment roadmap for CDS
Mandatory Requirements
- Senior business knowledge in complex international organizational structures, platform and product management, engineering, and bid management
- Minimum 10 years of postgraduate working experience
- 3-5 years of project assignment experience
- Leadership skills
- 3-5 years of experience in an international business organization
- Knowledge of digitalization and AI
