Une société dynamique recherche un Manager de la Performance Organisationnelle, des Méthodes et des Outils pour ses opérations dans la région Hauts-de-France. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projet, des compétences en leadership et une connaissance approfondie de la digitalisation et de l'IA. Ce rôle implique de soutenir l'efficacité organisationnelle et de piloter les solutions d'IA pour l'automatisation des processus tout en travaillant dans un environnement international et collaboratif.

Qualifications

  • Connaissances approfondies en environnement international complexe.
  • Capacité à diriger et à travailler en équipe.
  • Proactif dans l'expérimentation de nouveaux concepts.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les performances et l'intégration des processus.
  • Déployer des solutions d'IA pour l'automatisation des processus.
  • Assurer la gestion des applications de projet sur Qlik Sense.

Job Description:

You will join our Interiors Component Development Site and Product Family of Valenciennes Petite Forêt, a key actor in the design and development of interior train parts as well as front ends, with more than 180 people and 22 different nationalities, including designers, buyers, industrial, quality, Project Managers & Product Experts, working on both French & international projects.

Purpose of the Job/Objective

  • Performance Management, Convergence, Integration Roadmap
  • Organizational efficiency development, design thinking, cross-border collaboration
  • Ensure efficient workflows, support process landscape design and maintenance
  • Manage Methods and Tools (excluding specific design tools), digitalization, AI roadmap

Organization Reporting

  • Reports to: Interiors Platform Director

Network & Links

Internal Interfaces:

  • Support VP Components Platform & Global Product Convergence (Integration Roadmap, KPIs)
  • RS-COMPONENTS Directors and their Management teams
  • Global Product Convergence and Standardization, N-3 team
  • RSC Platforms: Improvement, Performance, Integration, N-3 / N-4 team
  • Members of RSC-INTERIORS Management

Your responsibilities include

Support efficient Work Methods and process landscape:

  • Support efficient Work Methods and processes
  • Support optimized development logic
  • Change mindset within the organization

Organizational Performance Management:

  • Ensure aligned and defined INTERIORS KPIs
  • Prepare reports aligned with Alstom network
  • Monthly follow-up of performance data
  • Collect actual KPI across CDS and support performance presentation
  • Define KPI target-setting objectives

Digital Continuity:

  • Support deployment of AI solutions for process automation
  • Support deployment of AI costing solutions
  • Improve and adopt 2D and 3D AI checking solutions
  • Identify new AI automation opportunities and propose to central AI team

PLM4A Digital Continuity Officer:

  • Lead deployment of PLM4A across CDS, support process harmonization
  • Coordinate technical issues with central PLM4A team
  • Support initial PLM4A projects in CDS

Qlik Sense project tools management & SharePoint governance:

  • Manage Interiors Project applications across CDS
  • Access/User management
  • Issue resolution
  • Data management/governance

ODyC Deployment:

  • Support Planning Manager in ODyC roadmap for CDS

Mandatory requirements:

  • Senior business knowledge in complex international environments
  • Minimum 10 years postgraduate experience
  • 3-5 years project experience
  • Leadership skills
  • 3-5 years in international business organizations
  • Knowledge of Digitalization and AI

Skills:

  • Autonomous, results-driven, team-oriented with strong relationship skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive in experimenting with new concepts & solutions
  • Agile in terms of travel time
