Vous serez responsable de la gestion du changement, supervisant les initiatives de communication et d'engagement au sein d'un environnement international dynamique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de transformation.
• Expérience antérieure en entreprise ou cabinet de conseil souhaitée.
• Connaissance du secteur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement est un atout.

Based at the CEVA Logistics headquarters in Marseille, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will oversee the operational deployment of high-impact organizational transformation projects.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading change management initiatives: communication, training, mobilization, and on-the-ground support.
2. Monitoring execution and managing impacts.
3. Implementing tracking indicators and providing regular progress reports and risk points.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading transformation projects and change management, either in companies or consulting firms.
• Proficiency with change management tools and methods, with a strong adaptability to field conditions.
• Comfortable working in an international environment; fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of the supply chain sector or industrial environments is a significant advantage.
