Qualifications

• Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de transformation.

Job Description: Based at the CEVA Logistics headquarters in Marseille and reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will oversee the operational deployment of high-impact organizational transformation projects. Building on established diagnostics, you will be responsible for implementing change management actions in close collaboration with business teams, HR, communications, and local management. Your role is to ensure smooth, structured, and coherent project execution in a demanding, international, and constantly evolving environment.

• Lead change management initiatives: communication, training, engagement, and on-the-ground support.
• Monitor execution and manage impacts.
• Establish tracking indicators and provide regular progress reports highlighting key issues.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in managing transformation projects and change implementation, either within companies or consulting firms.
• Strong proficiency in change management tools and methods, with adaptability to field conditions.
• Ability to operate comfortably in an international environment; fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of the supply chain sector or industrial environments is a significant advantage.
