Job Description:

Manager Group Consolidation and Reporting (all genders)

Full time and permanent

Your key responsibilities:

1. Consolidate group results and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements according to IFRS.
2. Prepare quarterly and year-end reporting packages, in accordance with US and German requirements.
3. Develop and maintain processes to ensure the quality of financial reporting.
4. Support subsidiaries in all accounting and reporting matters.
5. Enhance automation and harmonization of the financial closing process.
6. Ensure a strong control environment within Global Finance.

Qualifications:

1. Higher university degree with a focus on accounting or a similar qualification.
2. Several years of relevant experience in group accounting at a capital market-oriented company, with solid IFRS knowledge.
3. Proficiency in ERP Systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
5. Target-driven team player capable of working independently.
6. Ability to work under high pressure to meet strict deadlines.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Professional experience in a Big 4 company is preferred.
9. Experience with SAP and Onestream is a plus.
10. Fluent in German.
