Alpha FMC is seeking a Manager based in Paris or other European locations to support financial institutions implementing SimCorp technology and enhancing operating models. You will lead workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive value across engagements.

As part of a European team, you will travel as needed, mentor juniors, and contribute to growth and client success while delivering high-quality solutions for a dynamic client base.

Qualifications

• Masters's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in financial sector consulting and implementing investment platforms (e.g., Simcorp, Aladdin)
• Proven track record leading and delivering projects or workstreams from inception to completion
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments and the asset management business
• Excellent English skills; other languages are a plus
• Business transformation experience on operating models design and requirements engineering
• Project management methodology skills and PowerPoint proficiency
• First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable ability to develop relationships and focus on team achievement
