Job Description
Under the direction of the Director Marketing Offre & Digital, you will be responsible for managing a team of three, focusing on designing and optimizing the financial management offer in collaboration with VEGA IS and group management companies, while developing team skills. Your daily tasks include:
- Gathering needs from large account sales, ETI, Tenders, networks, and partnerships, and contributing to the evolution of NIE's financial management offers;
- Coordinating offer-related work with VEGA IS and NIM affiliates, including file follow-ups of fund creation, mutation, or merger, liaising with legal and product engineering teams;
- Monitoring reports from CACEIS, overseeing monthly fund sheet production, and collaborating on report evolution;
- Developing marketing tools and educational materials (videos, articles), coordinating digital projects, and providing technical and commercial support through fund analyses;
- Organizing webinars, training sessions, monthly financial meetings, and contributing to supervisory board activities;
- Conducting competitive intelligence and integrating regulatory developments related to financial management of employee savings and retirement schemes, including SRI and solidarity funds.
As the Financial Management Offering Director, you will also participate in monitoring labels and awards, collaborating with external partners such as CIES, FAIR, Mieux Vivre Mon Argent, and the Innovation Cupoles.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- Be fluent in spoken and analytical/synthetic English at B2 level.
